Terms & Conditions for Students
1. Admission & Enrollment
- Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of fees.
- The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
- Students must provide accurate personal and academic information.
2. Fee Policy
- Fees must be paid on or before the due date.
- Late payment may attract penalties or suspension from classes.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by management.
- Course materials, exam fees, or certification charges may be separate.
3. Attendance
- Students are expected to maintain regular attendance.
- Minimum attendance requirements must be fulfilled to appear for exams/certification.
- Continuous absence without notice may result in cancellation of admission.
4. Code of Conduct
- Students must maintain discipline and respectful behavior toward staff and fellow students.
- Any form of harassment, violence, discrimination, or misconduct is strictly prohibited.
- Damage to institute property will be chargeable to the student.
5. Use of Institute Property
- Library, laboratory, computers, and classroom facilities must be used responsibly.
- Unauthorized copying or misuse of institute resources is prohibited.
6. Examination & Evaluation
- The institute reserves the right to conduct tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Students involved in cheating or malpractice may face disciplinary action.
- Evaluation decisions made by the institute shall be final.
7. Certificates & Results
- Certificates will be issued only after successful completion of the course and clearance of dues.
- The institute is not responsible for delays caused by external examination bodies.
8. Leave & Absence
- Students should inform the institute in advance for long absences.
- Medical leave may require supporting documents.
9. Online Classes & Digital Access
- Login credentials provided for online learning are personal and must not be shared.
- Recording or distributing online class content without permission is prohibited.
10. Placement & Career Assistance
- Placement assistance does not guarantee employment.
- Final selection depends on student performance and employer requirements.
11. Cancellation & Termination
The institute may suspend or terminate a student for misconduct, non-payment of fees, or violation of rules.
Students wishing to discontinue must submit a written application.
12. Changes to Rules
The institute reserves the right to modify policies, schedules, fees, or course structures when necessary.
13. Liability
The institute is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
Students participate in activities at their own risk unless otherwise specified.
14. Acceptance
By enrolling, the student and parent/guardian agree to abide by all institute rules and policies.
